The SuperSolid X270 produced by a Singaporean company, SuperSolid, is described as a high-resolution, colour-accurate monitor designed specifically for content creation and entertainment consumption.

And the model has even been labelled as the go-to option for some of the best high-resolution and colour-accurate displays for both creative professionals and home entertainment users.

The well-received monitor comes with a 27-inch, 4K resolution display with a pixel density of 163 pixels-per-inch (PPI) — among other features. SuperSolid has even promised that the X270 will be a game-changing (no pun intended) gaming and productivity hybrid monitor which provides fluid performance with no image tearing at virtually any framerate.

Here, their lofty promises are certainly justified.

For comparison, content creators will definitely appreciate the X270’s 4.5 times denser (pixel-wise) screen compared to your typical 1080p HD display. This would make displaying each individual pixels indistinguishable, allowing users to have multiple tools and windows open while still having sharp images with high accuracy. Plus, the infinity display and IPS panel that boasts over 16.7 million colours will also give creators an immersive experience to boot — perfect for production and for consumption.

On the other hand, for gamers, the X270 takes their experience to the next level with a 4K 60FPS set up and 75Hz refresh rate giving form to a smooth-as-butter graphics gaming experience.

Similarly, the SuperSolid R270 gaming monitor is a great alternative if you prefer a dedicated monitor for gaming. The R270 comes with a 27-inch WQHD (2560 x 1440) resolution TN panel, a pixel density of 109 PPI, and a supersonic 144Hz refresh rate. And like the X270, the R270 boasts a panel which supports 16.7 million colours (8-bit), and the maximum brightness it is able to reach is 350 cd/m2 with HDR.
